Mr. Shane Flickinger is Director of the Patient Flow Managment Center at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. He teaches in the Operational Excellence program at the Jefferson College of Population Health. Mr. Flickinger earned his Master in Health Administration and Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. He is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Rutgers University.
