Shannon Finch

Shannon Finch is a senior M&A partner with global corporate law firm, Jones Day. Shannon has in-depth experience in all aspects of corporate law involving governance, M&A, private equity, equity capital markets (IPOs and secondary raisings), debt capital markets, restructurings, and workouts or other distress transactions.

Shannon is the National Chair of the Corporations Committee of the Law Council of Australia and is a guest lecturer at the University of Sydney and University of NSW, teaching securities law master’s courses.
