Alternative dispute resolution, line management, and coaching and mentoring

Sheila worked as a Coach and psychotherapist in the City of London for 18 years. Her interest in what makes people tick has kept her curious and has enabled her to hone her people skills and to learn how people behave in the workplace.

As a senior BACP accredited therapist, she has expertise in workplace mediation and team support, including critical incident trauma recovery. Intense though this work is, it has helped Sheila develop effective skills to work innovatively with people. What satisfies her sense of creativity today is knowing how to help managers and staff build on their existing resources and find ways to foster self-reliance, resilience, and better working relationships.

Sheila combines her experience with enthusiasm at Impact Factory mainly focusing on: Coaching, Mentoring, Line Management, Train the Trainer, and Conflict Management.

Sheila has added to her professional interest of work with teams by obtaining Belbin Team Role accreditation.

Sheila’s work with Impact Factory includes Conflict Management, Coaching, Line Management, Time Management, Performance Management, and Better Meetings. Her coaching specialisms include: Resilience, Conflict Coaching, Crucial Conversations, and how to tackle Imposter Syndrome in the workplace.
