Sherri Lassila

Executive Coach & Leadership Facilitator

Biography

Sherri Lassila has been an executive coach and leadership development facilitator for the past 20 years. She has worked with hundreds of professionals, including senior leaders in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies, to accelerate their impact and influence, and grow into their next-level of authentic and inspired leadership.

As a coach, Sherri is known for blending transformational inner work with practical and powerful results. What sets her apart is her combination of Stanford MBA/business leadership background and 20-year path of transformational work and mindfulness meditation. This gives her a unique ability to work with talented high-achieving leaders and quickly find the “unlock points” that unleash a higher level of power and potential, and shift previously hard-to-change patterns at their root. Combining this with an action-learning-orientation, she helps clients experiment with new mindsets, ways of being, and stretch behaviors, as well as build new capabilities and skills. She brings an extensive background and set of methodologies, along with a highly intuitive, and supportive yet challenging approach.

In addition to her executive coaching practice, Sherri teaches courses in authentic leadership and unleashing creative potential at Stanford University Continuing Studies and through the Stanford Graduate School of Business Alumni Center. She served as co-leader of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Women In Management Groups Program, and lead faculty for The Shift Network’s Leadership Academy, a year-long program combining retreats, online learning, small group and individual coaching. She is also the Founder of Professional Reboot – a coaching program that helps women create more meaning and balance in their careers.

Having lived and learned through the ups and downs of starting a mission-driven company, Sherri is passionate about supporting leaders who want to contribute their talents toward a calling that fully inspires them. She also brings a special expertise in women’s leadership development – in particular, developing the inner capacities, skills and support systems that research shows women need to lead at their best. In this capacity, she draws on both the latest research and her 10 years of experience facilitating multi-year women’s groups on transformational leadership, career transition, professional fulfillment and balance. As a mother of two, Sherri has a deep commitment to creating new models and pathways for making a leadership impact while raising a family, and to building a community and culture where women’s leadership thrives at unprecedented levels.
