Biography
Alberta School of Business
Shona Welsh has spent 30 years in learning, communications and change management in government, post-secondary, and the corporate sectors. Her corporate roles have taken her around the world, most notably as head of global learning for an engineering and construction firm with operations in five countries. She is now a consultant with numerous international clients with whom she focuses on innovation, disruption and intrapreneurship as well as on coaching leaders in effective speaking (The Leadership Voice™) and employee communications.
Shona is a graduate of the University of Alberta (BA – English), she also holds a Master’s Degree specializing in Workplace Learning (University of Calgary), is a Certified Corporate Coach (CCC), and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
