Simon Lo was the Director for Multiphase Flow Models Development at CD-adapco, a Siemens business until he retired in July 2019. He is a Honorary Professor in CMFD at The University of Nottingham, UK. Simon Lo received his PhD from Imperial College, London in 1984. Since then he has been actively involved in the development of commercial CFD codes (STAR-CD and STAR-CCM+) and their application to industrial multiphase flows.
