Simon Reese is a lecturer with Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business specializing in global strategy and strategic management. Simon has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry holding positions at country and global levels leading business units with direct experience in Asia Pacific markets. He is currently a Senior Strategist with a Fortune 500 energy company specializing in down-stream businesses.

Outside of the classroom, Dr. Reese is a contributor to journals pertaining to strategic learning, organization learning and market or competitive reactions with over 30 articles in print. In addition to contributing to journals, he is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board with the Journal of Development and Learning in Organizations and the Industrial and Commercial Training Journal. He also holds the position of Associate Editor with The Learning Organization Journal.

Simon Reese is a lecturer with Northeastern University's Human Resources Management programs specializing in strategic and international HRM courses. Outside of the classroom, he is a contributor to journals pertaining to organization learning and organization identity with over 30 articles in print.

In addition to contributing to journals, Dr. Reese is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board with the Journal of Development and Learning in Organizations and the Industrial and Commercial Training Journal. He also holds the position of Associate Editor with The Learning Organization Journal.
