Currently Head of Global Mobility at Total Reward Solutions, a ‘boutique’ Reward Consultancy established in October 2005. A founder member of the business responsible for all aspects of running the Global Mobility business including business development, managing outsourced assignment programmes and client advisory services. Technical areas of specialisation include expatriate compensation and benefit design, tax and social security planning, assignment cost tracking, global mobility policy development and the legal issues associated with assignment contracts. Previous roles include Senior Manager at PwC setting up an internal Global Mobility function between 1996 and 2003 and managing Logica assignees between 1989 and 1996.
