Biography
I am an assistant professor of management at University of New South Wales Business School. I have developed strong analytical skills in research design, hypothesis testing, and data analysis. Currently I focus on understanding how psychological and contextual factors such as identity, culture, and diversity boost or dampen creative and entrepreneurial performance. I am passionate about using research to enhance business decisions and performance.
My prior work experience in child development research has allowed me to develop analytical and statistic skills in theoretical model building and testing using structural equation modelling technique, mainly using SPSS, AMOS, and MPlus programs. I also gained valuable research management skills from leading research assistants teams.
I have taught undergraduate and MBA classes in Organizational Behavior and Managerial Decision Making. I will be teaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2018.
I am always open to explore collaborations with researchers, share research insights with practitioners, and provide consulting services.
