Sonja Klose

I'm Sonja Klose, a renowned expert in the fields of online marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and metaverse. With years of professional experience in marketing for mainly start-ups in the Berlin area, I have developed a deep understanding of the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing. My expertise has helped numerous businesses establish strong customer relationships, increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Today, I'm dedicated to pass on my knowlegde as a marketing professor at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin). My students will stay ahead of the curve and navigate the dynamic world of digital marketing. Before I joined HWR Berlin, I worked as research assistant and lecturer for FOM university, ESCP Business School, SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences and WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Besides my commitment to teaching and research, I also work as coach for businesses and privat clients.
