Mendoza College of Business
Stan Garber is an adjunct associate professional specialist teaching international marketing. During his 30-year career in marketing and advertising, Garber has served as an adjunct instructor at Saint Mary’s College, Indiana University South Bend and Indiana Tech, teaching marketing and international marketing at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Specific areas of interest include advertising and promotion, marketing research, fundamentals of business, music appreciation and introduction to humanities. He is a member of the American Marketing Association.
Garber earned a BS and an MA from Indiana University Bloomington, and an MBA from Indiana University South Bend. As a professional musician, he has performed with Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Temptations, The Spinners, Bob Hope, Symphony of Oak Park and River Forest (Chicago area), South Bend Symphony and the Jazz Assemblage. He enjoys teaching private music lessons to beginners through college, participating in marathons and biking.
