Dr Stefan Lewellen is an Assistant Professor of Finance at London Business School. Dr. Lewellen’s main research interests lie in the fields of corporate finance and financial intermediation. Dr Lewellen’s work on financial intermediation has been published in the American Economic Review, and his work on corporate finance has won the SAC Capital Award for Outstanding Research.
Dr. Lewellen earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA and PhD from Yale University. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Prior to earning his PhD, Dr. Lewellen worked in the finance industry for both UBS and Citigroup.
