Biography
Rotman School of Management
Stefanie Schram is a Senior Associate at Rotman DesignWorks at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management where she bridges the human dimensions of design with practical applications in business. She leads the Business Design co-curricular initiative, enabling MBA students to build their mastery through experiential learning opportunities. She regularly collaborates on special projects to bring innovation and design to K-12 education.
Stefanie has coached senior executives through complex business problems using design-based methodologies for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and public institutions. She has guest lectured at the University of Cape Town Graduate Business School and the Rotman Commerce Undergraduate Program.
Stefanie loves living at the intersection of business, design and education as it holds limitless opportunities for innovation and new thinking to make the seemingly unteachable teachable.
She began her career in marketing, working for market leading brands in retail and consumer packaged goods industries. She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and an Honours BA from York University.
