Biography
Steffen Giessner is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Change in the Department of Organisation & Personnel Management at RSM. He has an MSc in Psychology from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the UK, and a PhD in Psychology from the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena in Germany. Giessner’s research is located at the intersection of organisational psychology and management. His primary research topics are employee support during organisational mergers, followers’ perceptions of leadership, antecedents of leader behaviour, and non-verbal communication of power. He has (co-) authored many papers in these areas.
