Stephan Schmuck

In my role as programme manager at ESCP Berlin, I have had the privilege to work in the fields of sustainability, entrepreneurship and, more recently, in the development of our new LGBT+ Leadership programme. Besides my passion for people, I have a knack for lateral thinking and creative problem solving that has helped me tackle management challenges of all sizes. I am a strong believer in the cooperative mind and endorse diversity and inclusion as part of personal development. I believe that life long learning built on empathy, enthusiasm and a healthy questioning of the status quo all make for a good balance.
