Professor Ben-Ishai teaches contract law, insolvency law (domestic and comparative), commercial law (domestic and comparative) and corporate governance law (domestic and comparative). She has published widely and made numerous Canadian and international conference presentations with respect to her research interests, which include all aspects of business and personal bankruptcy, corporate governance and commercial law.
