Stephanie de Sarandy

Stephanie is a highly experienced facilitator and coach who has worked exclusively over the past 20 years in the development of senior executives at a one-to-one and group level.

She has director-level experience and insight and knowledge of various industry sectors, in particular the financial services and legal sector. Her business experience was gained through senior operational roles in Hewlett Packard and PwC and then as HR Director for Expocentric.com, a start-up organisation. She draws on this business experience in the work that she does.

The organisations she has recently worked with include: Atkins Aerospace; Deutsche Bank; Diageo; Ernst & Young; Forsters LLP; Herbert Smith LLP; IHG group; Lazard; Linklaters, NHS; PwC; and Save the Children.

She works on our Building collaborative leadership programme, helping to enable leaders in the health and social care system to more effectively integrate and collaborate.

She is a visiting tutor at Cranfield Business School where she has both designed and delivered a number of different programmes over the past 10 years.

She uses MBTI, Saville Wave and the Kantor BPP psychometric instruments where appropriate with clients.

Stephanie’s style is engaging, energetic, supportive and challenging. She has a natural ability to build strong client relationships based on trust and transparency, and a quick grasp of business issues at all levels of an organisation. She motivates and engages with her clients in a creative and challenging manner, at the same time her deep expertise around people development and her capacity to ask those difficult questions means she gets to the nub of issues quickly and really ‘gets her clients’.
