Stephen Cerrone

Stephen Cerrone joins the Department of Management as an Associate Professor of Professional Practice. He received his M.A. & Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from the University of Houston. He joins U of M after acting as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in several companies across multiple industries (e.g., Burger King, JPMorgan, Sara Lee, SunEdison), both in the US and abroad. His experience and interests relate to Board & CEO advisory work, organizational culture, Human Capital strategy, & mentoring CHRO’s and high potential HR executives. He is also a Certified Professional Coach and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Roosevelt University in Chicago.
