Biography

Stephen Drew is an instructor in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at the Driehaus College of Business. Drew also works full-time for Carousel Industries as a business unit vice president and general manager. Drew has held senior leadership positions with Cigna Healthcare, as IT senior director for Global Contact Center Technology and as vice president and client executive for eLoyalty Corporation. Drew has led technology innovation initiatives for J. Crew, Victoria’s Secret, Maersk, United Rentals and Cigna Healthcare, and is an expert in customer experience best practices and technology strategy.

Drew is currently pursuing his doctorate in business administration at DePaul University with graduation anticipated in June 2022. His research interests include leading technology teams and innovation, agile methodologies, and service design.
