Stephen Martin

Stephen Martin is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of FInance at the Moore School. Prior to earning his Ph.D., Martin developed real estate across the southeast and practiced corporate and real estate law for 10 years. While earning his Ph.D., he earned several teaching awards and taught at the University of Georgia as a visiting professor of real estate. Martin more recently taught finance at Winthrop University as an assistant professor and has published scholarly research on investments and corporate governance. His research and teaching interests include investments, initial public offerings, corporate governance, real estate and entrepreneurial finance.
