Henley Business School
My role at Henley Business School, is Associate Professor of Leadership and Organization. I have a wide experience of developing and delivering innovative executive and MBA education and conducting research and consulting internationally. My interest in leadership and change for more sustainable organizations builds on earlier work in strategy, entrepreneurship and reputation.
Previously I introduced entrepreneurship teaching to the Henley MBA programme and as a founding member of the John Madejski Centre for Reputation, introduced reputation and sustainability to the MBA. I currently teach, sustainability and leadership and change on executive courses, MBA and Undergraduate programmes.
I have published in journals such as Entrepreneurship, Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Research, Management Learning, The International Small Business Journal, Journal of General Management and Corporate Reputation Review, and was the editor of the Journal of General Management (2010-2011).
Consulting clients include; 3M UK and Ireland, Barclays (UK and South Africa) British Quality Foundation, Crest Homes, Hercules Property Group, Home Retail Group, HSBC, Institute of Directors, ISS (Denmark) Lambeth Borough Council, NovoNordisk (Denmark) Procter and Gamble (Switzerland) Sydkraft (Sweden), Unilever, Vattenfall (Sweden), VINCI Facilities, William Hill, and World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
