Hult Ashridge Executive Education
Steve has more than 20 years experience as an international organization consultant, facilitator, supervisor and executive coach in the public, private and third sectors.
His practice is informed by inquiry, dialogue, and complexity-based approaches to creative change and innovation. Steve provides a pragmatic and critical practitioner focus to his work founded on his experience as a leader and decision maker in dynamic, conflicted, high-stakes environments. He emphasises the importance of deep commitment and a developed sense of awareness and purpose to personal and organizational change.
New perspectives on vision and purpose increasingly find a place in Steve’s work. His research addresses the impact of mid-life trasnitions in personal and executive development. and he frequently works with clients through imagery, digital photography and video to help nurture their sense of creativity, insight and change.
Steve’s experience combines a multi-faceted military career as a highly experienced operational fast-jet pilot, trainer and leader of top-level strategic and governmental interventions.
His leadership of the RAF ‘Human Factors’ specialization contributed to significant structural shifts in aviation training initiated critical aviation safety interventions across the MoD.
He is a faculty member of the Ashridge Doctorate in Organizational Change and contributes to a range of specialist academic qualifications and open courses.
His Ashridge client list includes NATO, Sinopec, NHS, Sadara, The Home Office, HM Government and other complex organisations.
