Biography

I am a Professor of Marketing and University Research Scholar at the University of New Haven and was a Visiting Scholar at Yale University School of Management where I continue my research. I am on the editorial board of three scholarly journals. My research focuses on innovation, digital marketing and supply chain. My current projects include web data analytics and I have a forthcoming chapter in a Business Expert Press book titled "Market Sensing in practice with Google Analytics."I have taught, researched and consulted in Australia,India,Singapore and USA.
