Sui Lang L. Panoke is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur and international trainer with a passion for empowering today’s leaders to RETHINK. CREATE. and INNOVATE.
She is a highly sought after speaker, trainer and facilitator who has trained thousands of seasoned and emerging young leaders around the world leading in politics, business, government, higher education, the nonprofit sector and the media in areas of global leadership, personal empowerment, diversity, inclusion, unconscious bias, strategic communications, branding, POWER speaking, civil discourse and building cultures of inclusion in the workplace.
Sui Lang is the founder of Rethink International, a global social enterprise designed to challenge people to rethink how and what they think. Rethink International is a world leader in the design and delivery of custom learning products with a purpose. Its mission is to guide people and organizations through the process of generating their own solutions to personal, professional, organizational and societal needs through innovative training, coaching and facilitation.
Rethink International’s Areas of Expertise include global leadership, personal empowerment, hard and soft communication skills, strategic messaging, content development, developing women leaders, POWER speaking, branding, civil discourse, diversity, inclusion, unconscious bias, and building cultures of inclusion in the workplace.
Rethink International is also the home of the Rethink Tank, a social think tank designed to challenge people to rethink how and what they think by bringing together intimate circles of people of diverse backgrounds and different points of view (across the ideological spectrum) to engage in meaningful conversations for the purpose of generating innovative policy solutions.
In 2009, Sui Lang founded Women Politics Media, a global leadership and media training organization charged with diversifying political leadership and democratizing the media landscape by training women, people of color and emerging young leaders on how to use the media as a vehicle to impact public policy through personal empowerment, leadership development and communications training.
Most recently, in 2019, Sui Lang co-founded the Inclusion Experience Project IXP, a living project that functions as a series of unique and intentionally designed learning Experiences aimed to elevate the consciousness of organizational leaders for the purpose of driving trust, stimulating growth and building a culture of inclusion in the workplace.

Sui Lang holds an MPA from American University with a Certificate in Women, Policy, and Political Leadership from the Women & Politics Institute and received the “Outstanding Women & Politics Institute’s Leadership Award” upon graduation. She earned her BS in Political Science from the University of Utah’s Hinckley Institute of Politics after completing her first year of undergrad at Brigham Young University’s Hawaii campus.
Sui Lang is a political and news junkie who describes herself in two words, 'politics & yoga'. She and her daughter, Kaleila, recently moved back to Utah after living on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC for 13 years. Together, they reside in Salt Lake City, with their hyper hypo-allergenic red toy poodle, Rue.
