Sultan Siddiqui

M. Sultan M. Siddiqui received the B.Eng. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Bengaluru University, Bengaluru, India, in 2001, the M.Tech. degree in digital systems and computer electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, India, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2012.

He is currently a Research and Development Manager I with the SG Group, Synopsys, Noida, India. He is an author or a coauthor of more than 22 journal articles and conference papers. He holds six U.S. and European patents registered. His current research interests include low-power and high-performance digital and memory circuit design, ultralow-voltage circuits and systems design, variation and aging tolerant circuits and systems, design for testability, and VLSI implementation of visual neural systems.
