Sundara Nagarajan

Sundara Nagarajan (“SN”) is Managing Director of Innovation ScaleUp Advisors and an accomplished executive with over three decades’ experience in large global enterprises and early-stage companies. As a career technologist, he served in Business Leadership/Director and executive management roles serving in global technology majors NetApp, HP Enterprise, Royal Philips Electronics, and Wipro Technologies. He has a track record of building and scaling product development/engineering organizations contributing to significant business results. SN profoundly relates to the challenges of scaling ideas to deliver business value. He has coached over 300 senior executives and has completed over ten thousand hours in coaching, workshops, and training and is the founder of Innovation Scaleup Advisors (ISA), a business advisory firm focused on serving tech entrepreneurs, incubators, investors, and larger enterprises.

In January 2018, SN reached out to Ben Lamorte to explore a partnership after reading Ben’s 2016 book on OKRs. Since then, Ben and SN have been collaborating, serving startup and matured enterprise clients. He joined the OKRs Coach Network as a founding member in 2019.

SN lives in Bengaluru, India, and is fluent in English. He is a Gallup Certified Coach for Builder Profile (BP10) for entrepreneurial development and Clifton Strengths Finder (CSF) for leadership development. He holds M.S. (By Research) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calicut, India.
