Susan Godlonton is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Williams College and a non-resident research affiliate of the Markets, Trade and Institutions division at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). She holds a PhD in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Michigan, a MA in Economics from the University of Cape Town, and a BA from the University of Stellenbosch. She is a development economist with specific interests in health, labor markets, and social protection programming in Africa
