With over 4 years of facilitating corporate management training for diverse teams She believes organizations are capable of increasing productivity through motivated people. “How to get people to want to do what they have to do”, has become my priority and purpose.

Her experience spans across market segments, easily adapting and connecting with clients at all management levels, from both private and public sector. Her areas of focus include Customer Experience training, Performance management, leadership, team motivation, personality awareness and profiling communication among others.
