Suzanne Altobello

Born in New York, raised in Florida, followed by 20 years of residency in the Midwest (Illinois/Indiana), I moved to NC in 2014. I am familiar with many of the areas where people are moving from. In addition to finding your new home in the Wilmington, NC and surrounding coastal areas, I can also help you sell your home elsewhere, with my network of professional and personal contacts across the US.

I am not only a Realtor, but I am also the William J. Belk Endowed Professor of Marketing at the University of North Carolina - Pembroke. I teach MBA, marketing, social media, and analytics classes in the US and also 3 times a year at Aalto University in Finland. I bring my business strategy, entrepreneurship, and marketing teaching and consulting knowledge to the Real Estate industry. I hold additional professional certifications in Google Analytics, social media, and data science/digital marketing.

I reside in Hampstead, NC (Pender County) and am very familiar with the public school system throughout Pender and New Hanover counties. I have two daughters (one at Duke University and the other at the North Carolina School of Science and Math). I also have an amazing husband, who is a clinical research professional (company based out of Charlotte) and a registered nurse. We are a very active family and our motto is "experiences over things." Personally, I love travel, broadway musicals, and great food/wine.
