Biography:

Svetlana Serdyukov has served as Strategy professor at NEOMA Business School since September 2003 and has been Director of the Executive MBA program since November 2014. From May 2008 to August 2012 she had served as Associate Dean Head of Research at NEOMA Business School. Graduated from HEC doctoral program Dr Serdyukov conducts a research on the topic of professionalization of managers and in particular within academic institutions. Being visiting scholar at HEC Montreal, she worked on the professionalization of administrators of large agricultural cooperatives. Prior to joining NEOMA Business School, Svetlana was a Director of a consulting company dealing with TACIS projects, worked two years in the government of Kazakhstan at the Supreme Economic Council after being graduated from an MBA program in 1996. Prior to her MBA, Svetlana worked at the Kazakhstani outlets of big international companies in sales and public relations. Svetlana has a large experience in teaching strategy courses at the executive level, tailor made courses in companies and doing consulting in France, China, Ukraine, Morocco and Lithuania.
