Swati Thampan

Swati is an MRes student at UCL School of Management. She is part of the Organisations and Innovation group and her supervisor is Professor Martin Kilduff. 

Her research interests in diversity in organisations are rooted in her experience as a banker at Citibank NA in India for 8 years, working with multinational corporations and financial insitutions. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, India (2012) and an undergraduate Bachelors in Technology from VIT University, India (2008). She is interested in the ways in which diversity climates in organisations interact with individual behavior, cognition and identity.  

Swati is passionate about conversations on feminism and poetry. She has been active in the spoken word community in Mumbai and is part of the UCL Writers’ Society.
