Taleia Becton-Hill

Taleia is the Senior Assistant Director of Human Resources for the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. She began her career with the University as a pioneer of the Shared Service Office, a department dedicated to human resources, payroll and procurement services. Taleia has a MA in Management Specializing in HR from Kaplan University and a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
