Ms. Elhaddaoui is a management and operations consultant and serves as an instructor of management at Kennesaw State University. With over 25 years of business and leadership experience, Ms. Elhaddaoui is respected as an accomplished and strategic leader. She has held leadership roles in various areas of business, from operations and production to advertising and sales. She is a skilled professional with a broad scope of knowledge and a strong record of success incorporating best practices in business, including organizational development, workforce management, process improvement, communications, performance management, and leading change. Following her career in the corporate sector, she led an entrepreneurship center dedicated to promoting small business development in metro-Atlanta by providing education, training, and consulting services. Throughout her career, Ms. Elhaddaoui has led employee training and leadership development initiatives on multiple platforms, from one-on-one coaching and mentoring to training programs, team building activities, planning retreats, and conferences.
