Over the last 25 years Theo Telting has worked as an accountant, controller, policy advisor, director, consultant and lecturer management control and performance management. He worked in several sectors but mainly in Education and the Public sector. His main expertise and experience lies in identifying gaps and fields where action is required in organizations and then designing and implementing appropriate solutions. For example, to what extent does decentralizing affect headquarters functions, managing structures and overhead costs? With diplomacy and candor he is also a General Counselor on Key topics like Corporate Governance and Performance Management. As a reflective practitioner he helps one-on-one executive directors and boards of directors structuring and governing their organizations. In his recent practice he works on ambitious projects to support governments and public institutions in small Island states in finding forward looking solutions with regard to Business Ideas of tomorrow, Governance, Capacity Building, Structuring Educational and Healthcare Policies.
