I am currently working as a Project Manager. In this role I am responsible for client interaction as well as the coordination of the internal design team. My responsibilities also include managing client expectations and communication as the design progresses. In this role I have also been responsible for keeping the project on schedule and on budget. I have managed design efforts in both 2D and 3D through all phases of design (Concept, BOD, DD, and Construction Assistance). Tracking the budget and assisting in tracking earned value has been part of my current responsibilities.

I have over 11 years of experience in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries. I have been deeply involved in process development and commercialization of various manufacturing technologies. Previously, I have led extensive Process Modeling efforts on multiple projects. In my previous roles I was responsible for equipment design, specification, and procurement. Throughout my career, I have gained a working knowledge of upstream and downstream unit operations. As a process engineer, I designed critical utility installations including PW, WFI, Clean Steam, and Pharma Air.

I have worked on the design for a variety of processes including:

  • Bulk Biologics
  • Vaccine Production-Baculovirus
  • Vaccine Production-Bacterial
  • Vaccine Production-Mammalian
  • Vaccine Production-Egg Based
  • Monoclonal Antibodies (CHO)
  • Blood Fractionation
