Mr. Dolan is a senior consultant in the Global Services and Solutions Practice of Willis Towers Watson in Boston, Massachusetts. He has 25 years of global employee benefits consulting experience. Mr. Dolan has considerable experience assisting multinational corporations across all segments—emerging, established and large/complex—in developing, executing and sustaining global employee benefit and reward strategies that make good business sense and good people sense. He has vast and well-demonstrated experience leading clients through transformative change with respect to global benefits management, in the process deploying his knowledge of the global landscape and experience with tested solutions in ways that fit each client’s immediate and longer term goals. He possesses deep specialization in assisting multinational companies deploy the global benefits brokerage consolidation model to optimize results and build robust global benefits management structures that last. In his current role, Mr. Dolan is also on the health and benefits leadership team for Global Solutions and Services, with a focus on enhancing Willis Towers Watson’s global middle market value proposition.
