The University of South Carolina
Thomas Dunn is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has successfully led 39 company-wide Lean Six Sigma deployments and trained thousands of process improvement practitioners. Thomas is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and began his career with the Danaher Corporation as a Lean sensei/practitioner in 1982. In this role he was responsible for improving the company’s overall safety, quality, delivery, and cost measures. While at Danaher Corporation, Thomas performed hundreds of 5S Events, KAIZEN Workshops, and LEAN projects. In the early 90’s Thomas increased his process improvement capabilities by obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, and ultimately a Master Black Belt certification. Through this journey Thomas became a seasoned and dependable analytical problem. In 1999 Thomas founded the consulting firm Dbar-Innovations.
