Biography

Thomas Gillier is associate professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management. He is also associate researcher to the Center of Management Science of MINES ParisTech. Thomas Gillier is member of the editorial board of Creativity and Innovation Management. His research interests are about innovation, creativity and product design in situations of extreme uncertainty. His research is informed by insights from the process perspective of creative team as well as the cognitive perspective in management. He has been conducting research on new collaborative forms of innovation such as innovation contests, crowdsourcing, cross-industry partnerships and open science. His works are cited among  best conference papers (Academy of Management Conference 2016, Euram  2014, IPDM 2009, “Prix Académique de la Recherche” - FNEGE and Syntec Federation 2014). He has published in several journals such as Journal of Product Innovation Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Creativity and Innovation Management, European Journal of Innovation Management or International Journal of Project Management.
