Executive School of Management, Technology and Law
I advise companies on the implementation of data protection and antitrust compliance and represent them before administrative authorities. Passionate about moving projects at the interface of digitalization and law, I support clients in the development and marketing of innovative data-driven products and services.
I studied law at the University of Lucerne (MLaw, Ph.D. in law) and at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (LL.M. in Law & Technology), have been admitted to practice law in Switzerland since 2011 and teach antitrust law and data protection law at the University of St.Gallen.
