Thomas Streiff

Thomas Streiff has been a Partner at BHP since 2004.

The focus of his work includes advising and accompanying businesses, foundations, associations, universities, and public authorities in the development, review, and implementation of their mission statements, strategies, and core and supporting processes. He contributes more than 20 years of experience in organisational development, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.

Together with his BHP colleagues, he supports clients in the design and realisation of programmes to develop managers and employees as well as to promote interaction with stakeholders. His other core competences include the conception, realisation, moderation, and documentation of dialogue processes and international conferences.

Before his work at BHP, Thomas Streiff headed the sustainability coordination office at the globally operating corporation Swiss Re, where he also worked as a risk expert for several years. In total, he spent four years as a technical consultant and coordinator of agricultural projects in India and Tanzania. He considers Tanzania to be his second home. It is therefore not astonishing that he regularly conducts in-depth tours of Africa not only for his family, but also for his friends and acquaintances.
