Møller Executive Education

Professor Tim Minshall is the inaugural Dr John C Taylor Professor of Innovation at the University of Cambridge, Head of the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) and Head of the IfM’s Centre for Technology Management (CTM). His research, teaching and engagement activities are focused on the links between manufacturing and innovation.

EXPERTISE

Since joining the University of Cambridge in 2002, Professor Minshall has played a very active role in the development of innovation and technology management activities across the University. He also works closely with companies in the Cambridge cluster, the largest and most successful technology cluster in Europe. He has also been involved in a broad range of regional and national policy activities to support innovation.

Professor Minshall is a member of the IfM Engage Board and takes an active role in ensuring that IfM Engage’s activities are aligned with the activities of the IfM to ensure maximum impact. He also regularly teaches on the IfM’s courses including Technology and Innovation Management, as well as delivering content for IfM Engage’s bespoke talent development programmes.
