Tim Schnitzler

Tim Albert Schnitzler is department director and so-called "Responsible Officer" of the Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG in Düsseldorf. There he is responsible for the obligations resulting from the QI contract, including the compliance requirements, and submits the periodic certifications to the US tax authorities. In addition, he is responsible for FATCA and CRS compliance. Tim Schnitzler is significantly involved in the association's work on the subject of Sec. 871(m) IRC integrated.
