Tom Van Caneghem started his career as an auditor at PwC. After obtaining his PhD at the University of Antwerp (2005), he started working as a full-time professor at the HUBrussel. Currently, he teaches Financial Accounting and Accounting Theory. His articles have been published in several leading academic journals, including European Accounting Review, Small Business Economics, Journal of Economic Psychology and Scientometrics.
