Before working as a Consultant, she worked for 3 years (1995-1998) as a Human Resources Business Partner at Translor/Ryder and 4 years (1999-2003) as an Internal Coach at Unilever's International Training Center in London (Four Acres) where she coached senior executives and teams from several countries and operating companies from the Anglo-Dutch fast moving consumer goods company.

Prior to that she worked at Escola Paulista de Medicina/UNIFESP as an Occupational Therapist specialized in Mental Health.
