Tracy Dathe

Since 2014 Prof. Dr. Tracy Dathe works as a professor/lecturer at various private and public universities, including the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, IUBH, ISM, Trier University of Applied Sciences. Her main teaching areas are: finance, digitization in the management process, supply chain management and business ethics in international management.

Between 2000 and 2016, she held senior positions in international business management in the automotive industry and manufacturing industrial companies in Germany, including 6 years as commercial manager and authorized signatory. Her focus was on finance and the further development of IT systems/business intelligence (BI) for the headquarters in Germany and the subsidiaries in other European, American and Asian countries. Her employers included: INA Schaeffler KG, as well as KMUs.

From 1989 to 1995 Prof. Dr. Tracy Dathe in International Business Management in the construction industry and trading companies in China. Her main areas of activity consisted of communication with local authorities, customer communication and human resources. Her employers were Philipp Holzmann AG, HOCHTIEF AG and KMU.
