racy Williams has three decades of experience in private equity, investment banking, debt capital markets, business development, interim executive management, corporate strategy design and systems implementation. A passionate strategist and problem solver, he has aided in underperforming and growth scenarios in more than a dozen industries.

The best part of the job for Tracy is collaborating with colleagues and clients to solve problems as a team, knowing that he is helping create outcomes that are measurable and are making people’s lives better professionally and often personally as well.

While Tracy wanted to be an author and create a positive impact through the written word, he also wanted to help entrepreneurs who struggle with strategy and capital sourcing. As a boy, he often helped his grandfather with his plumbing and electrical business.
