Biography
Lagos Business School
Uchora currently is a faculty at Lagos Business School where she has lectured for over a decade in various areas of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management.
She has designed, directed and delivered several retreats, open and customized seminars for several companies in the public and private sectors. She has facilitated leadership sessions in Advanced Managers and Chief Executive Programs in Nigeria and in Europe. She combines her teaching and research interests with industry consulting engagements. Her industry engagements span state government units, information technology services, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, real estate and textile care sectors.
Uchora Udoji holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (University of Nigeria), the Human Technics Post-graduate Certification in Executive Coaching (Bristol Business School, UK), a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour (University of London) and is a graduate of the International Faculty Program (IESE Business School, Spain). She is currently enrolled at Grenoble École de Management, France where she is studying for a doctorate in Business Administration.
Uchora is a certified Life Coach and Executive Coach; she is a certified practitioner for personality assessments used worldwide for individual and group development such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) and the Glowinkowski Global Predisposition and Engagement Style Indicators.
Prior to joining LBS she had over 15 years of a wide variety of experience in the areas of information technology, corporate development and strategy, people development and people preparation for change. Her current research interest is in Organizational Behaviour with a focus on Self-leadership, Organisational Leadership, Power, Influence, Formal and Informal Group dynamics
