I am based in: New Delhi

I am a Yale World Fellow and specialize in working at the interface of business, society, international relations and governance. I mentor and counsel a niche portfolio of initiatives in corporate and brand citizenship, business sustainability, strategy and governance across industries and domains. My work is in the area of CXO and Board advisory, public speaking and training, life coaching, media, brand management and leadership. I have worked on a number of social issues, such as climate change, livelihoods, inclusive finance, education and natural resources management. My business acumen is in the area of crisis management, stakeholder engagement, government relations, and communication, and I have worked extensively on issues in energy, FMCG, financial services and consulting verticals.

Through thought leadership in the area of inclusive economy, I am presently in the process of launching and scaling new enterprises through my bespoke platform UBLABS. My dream is to catalyze a global impact aggregator platform that utilizes the power of peer investments in a shared economy to deliver social and business good utilizing the philosophy of least common denominator investing, convergence and distributed delivery.

Earlier in my career, I have worked as Country Director, Room to Read, India; Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for Ogilvy Advertising, India; Head of Sustainability for the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), and held advisory positions with Oxfam, World Bank, civil society organizations and foundations. I also co-founded Climate Civics Institute, an adaptation-centric climate change think tank and SustainabilityCXO Partners, a CxO sustainability leadership advisory.

I serve on the boards of Global Business School Network, International Society of Sustainability Professionals, Ourea Capital, SustainAsia and sphere-E. I am a member of the Renewable Energy and International Law Network at Yale; serve on the editorial board of Anthem New Energy Finance at the Anthem Press, an independent publishing house; and am a mentor to the Ashoka University Young India Fellowship Program.

I am a traveling, arts, and culture enthusiast, love cycling, the saxophone, golf, and staying in New Delhi.
