Verónica is a digital anthropologist exploring what it means to be human in a technological world. She is founder of Anthropologia 2.0, an ethnographic research and consultancy firm in Spain that helps organizations to better understand their customers, employees, and the sociocultural context in which they operate. She explores what it really means to be human-centered in today’s business—or customer-centric as we often say—and how we can unlock the true potential of technology and people together.
