Biography

Veronika Polakova is an associate in the Tax Department.

Ms. Polakova joined Debevoise in 2018. She received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2016 and a B.A. with distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia in 2011, where she was an Echols Scholar. Prior to law school, she worked at a public policy think tank in Washington, D.C., focusing on fiscal policy research. She is fluent in Czech.

Ms. Polakova is a member of the New York and Massachusetts Bars.
